  • How we obtain consent: You may opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on any Denbright contact or registration form at denbright.com. This checkbox is unchecked by default and requires your affirmative action. A link to this SMS Policy and our Privacy Policy is provided at the point of opt-in. SMS consent is not required to purchase our products or services.

  • Message types: Case updates, product and service information, promotional offers, CE event invitations, and educational content.

Lab Case Communications
Our partner lab teams may contact dental professionals via text using company-issued devices to discuss active cases, request clarifications, or coordinate case details.

  • How we obtain consent: These messages are sent only to dental professionals with an active account who have provided their mobile number during account setup with one of our partner labs.

  • Message types: Active case discussion, clarification requests, and case coordination only. No marketing messages.
