iTero 5D Element Plus- $4,000 in prescribed volume
iTero Lumina – $5,000 in prescribed volume
Add NIRI technology to 5D Element or Lumina for an additional $600 monthly prescribed volume
Short-Term Agreement – Just 36 months with no penalties for early termination.
No-Penalty Exit – If you’re not satisfied, you can buy out the scanner for a prorated rate based on the previously prescribed laboratory volume to Denbright.
