About Siddharth Jain

Siddharth (Sid) Jain is the Chief Integration Officer at Denbright Dental Labs, where he is responsible for driving operational excellence across the company’s portfolio of laboratories. With a strategic focus on improving systems and processes, Sid aims to enhance the company’s overall performance.

Before joining Denbright, Sid was Chief Financial Officer at Mosaic Dental Collective, where he played a key role in setting up the platform, scaling the organization from 3 clinics to 60 and expanding provider pool to 85 doctors. He also led the company through a successful capital raise transaction, marking its first-ever liquidity event.

In addition to healthcare, Sid’s career spans over 18 years in complex finance roles across the financial services industry. He began his journey as a financial analyst at Citibank in New York City, followed by a decade at Bank of America, where he supported U.S. and international operations in more than 35 countries. His expertise extended across consumer banking, wealth management, corporate, commercial, investment banking, and infrastructure (technology and operations), requiring him to navigate financial hubs like New York, Boston, and Charlotte. Most recently, Sid served as the Head of Performance Management at City National Bank, a U.S. subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Canada, based in Los Angeles.
