About Mario B. Ricci

Mario is the CFO, his responsibilities include strategic planning and the overall financial management of the company, including accounting, financial operations, financial planning and analysis, corporate treasury, investor relations, tax, M&A integration, human capital, procurement, and technology.

He is a transformational CFO with a growth mindset having extensive M&A roll-up experience. Ricci is focused on accelerating FDLG’s shift towards technology enablement and maximizing long-term enterprise value.

Previously he worked for EY, Pulte Homes, and Oracle in various finance and accounting roles. In these roles, he has implemented ERP systems, established financial reporting processes, performed M&A controllership and corporate finance functions, and supported due diligence efforts.

He earned his B.A. in History and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Mario enjoys spending time with his family all while golfing, snowboarding, and hiking.
