David J. Casper
David J. Casper, the new CEO of Denbright Dental Labs, is a seasoned global executive with over 30 years of experience in the Dental and Medical device industries. Renowned for driving revenue growth and innovation, David has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and executing transformative strategies.
Most recently, David served as Chief Executive Officer of DenMat Holdings (2017-2023), a private equity held global business which includes a robust professional dental products portfolio as well as a world-class laboratory focused exclusively on cosmetic restorations. In 2021, David led a sales process to a successful exit for the sponsor. Previously, he served as President of the medical device divisions of Glidewell Laboratories, having worldwide responsibility for all functions of both companies. Prior to his time at Glidewell, David ran the Dental Implant platform for Danaher Corporation’s dental division and has held executive leadership roles at companies such as General Electric and Nobel Biocare. Currently, David is the Board Chair for Vista Apex, a dental manufacturer (Behrman Capital) and sits on the board of Tua Financial, a healthcare financial technologies firm.
David currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife Stephanie.
John Ballard
John is a results-oriented, accomplished executive with over 25 years of proven leadership experience. Known for his ability to enhance organizational efficiency, drive innovation, and turn complex challenges into strategic advantages, John excels in transforming business operations.
With a strong track record in optimizing processes and enhancing operational performance, John’s expertise spans strategic planning, sales leadership, supply chain management, operational excellence, and overall company leadership. He consistently aligns business objectives with growth strategies, achieving significant results and ensuring long-term success.
Recognized for his strong interpersonal skills, John excels in building and leading high-performing, collaborative teams. His strategic vision and approachable leadership style enable him to manage complex projects and oversee full P&L responsibilities effectively. His commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and delivering exceptional outcomes underscores his pivotal role in driving organizational success and guiding companies towards sustained growth and innovation.
Mario B. Ricci, CPA
Mario is the CFO, his responsibilities include strategic planning and the overall financial management of the company, including accounting, financial operations, financial planning and analysis, corporate treasury, investor relations, tax, M&A integration, human capital, procurement, and technology.
He is a transformational CFO with a growth mindset having extensive M&A roll-up experience. Ricci is focused on accelerating FDLG’s shift towards technology enablement and maximizing long-term enterprise value.
Previously he worked for EY, Pulte Homes, and Oracle in various finance and accounting roles. In these roles, he has implemented ERP systems, established financial reporting processes, performed M&A controllership and corporate finance functions, and supported due diligence efforts.
He earned his B.A. in History and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Mario enjoys spending time with his family all while golfing, snowboarding, and hiking.
Siddharth Jain
Siddharth (Sid) Jain is the Chief Integration Officer at Denbright Dental Labs, where he is responsible for driving operational excellence across the company’s portfolio of laboratories. With a strategic focus on improving systems and processes, Sid aims to enhance the company’s overall performance.
Before joining Denbright, Sid was Chief Financial Officer at Mosaic Dental Collective, where he played a key role in setting up the platform, scaling the organization from 3 clinics to 60 and expanding provider pool to 85 doctors. He also led the company through a successful capital raise transaction, marking its first-ever liquidity event.
In addition to healthcare, Sid’s career spans over 18 years in complex finance roles across the financial services industry. He began his journey as a financial analyst at Citibank in New York City, followed by a decade at Bank of America, where he supported U.S. and international operations in more than 35 countries. His expertise extended across consumer banking, wealth management, corporate, commercial, investment banking, and infrastructure (technology and operations), requiring him to navigate financial hubs like New York, Boston, and Charlotte. Most recently, Sid served as the Head of Performance Management at City National Bank, a U.S. subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Canada, based in Los Angeles.
Griselda Castellanos
Griselda serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for Frontier Dental Laboratories. She has over 25 years in Human Resources. She has worked in all areas of HR to include talent management, succession planning, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, culture initiatives, worker’s compensation, union free workplace initiatives, safety management, benefits, and compliance.
She has previously worked at Interior Logic Group and Cintas Corporation and partnered with leadership to integrate a variety of businesses following several company acquisitions and the mergers. She is a dynamic, motivated HR and business operations leader possessing a broad range of leadership experience.
She also possesses operational, sales, and P & L leadership experience. She previously served as the General Manager for various Cintas business units. This experience provided her with a broad understanding of operations, and she utilizes this knowledge to effectively drive HR initiatives.
She has earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications Studies/Public Relations from California State University, Sacramento.
Gil Villavecer
Gil joined Frontier Dental Lab in 2013. He possesses over 25 years of industry-specific experience, having held roles of progressive responsibilities and capabilities, serving dentists and dental labs. He currently manages and oversees the Frontier Dental Lab sales and marketing team, with a strong focus on developing and executing the social media strategy (Instagram @gil_frontierdental), which has been the driving force behind Frontier’s growth. These concepts have been shared with platform labs.
Gil has created innovative marketing campaigns to crack the code on acquiring new, high-value clients. His social media approach, which is formulaic and scalable, has resulted in industry-leading low Client Acquisition Costs and high Long-Term Client Value and Retention. He has even put Frontier on a billboard in Times Square as he serves as Head Judge of a National and International Beauty Pageant.
Gil earned Bachelor’s Degrees in Chemistry, Biology and Psychology from Otterbein University. He and his wife, Sharon, travel and enjoy their time with their two sons: a Cosmetic Dentist and a Physician.

Brent West
Brent is the President of Frontier Dental Laboratories. Brent joined FDL in 1994 and has 25+ years of experience with the company. Brent has a strong focus on people development, efficiency improvements, quality control, customer relations, and overall business growth.
Nikki McCrumb
Production Manager at Frontier Dental Lab in El Dorado Hills, CA, bringing 9 years of experience. Recognized for leadership in advancing company values, strategic vision, and culture. Renowned for problem-solving, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving operational efficiencies. Skilled in defining KPIs and implementing SOPs to optimize outcomes. Strong belief and effort delegated to mentoring and empowering team members for success. Studied at the University of New Hampshire and has served in the US Army. Enjoys family time and spontaneous adventures.
Richard Babjak
General manager of Frontier Dental Lab in Vancouver. He joined the company in 2011. Making teeth has been his passion for the past 24 years. He finds it very rewarding to be able to give people back what they deserve… A beautiful new smile!
Victoria Moore
Victoria Moore is the Director of Business Operations for Jason J. Kim Dental Aesthetics in New York. She earned her MBA from the University of Miami and is an accomplished executive with a strong track record in strategic and financial management across dental and healthcare sectors. Prior to joining Denbright, Victoria held a pivotal role as National Director of Operations at DocGo, overseeing the City of New York’s testing and vaccination initiatives during COVID-19. And she has extensive experience in the dental benefits and DSO industries, having held executive roles at MetLife Dental and ProHealth Dental. Victoria combines analytical acumen with a strong record of achieving impactful business outcomes through innovative solutions and effective team leadership. When she’s out of the office, Victoria enjoys bike riding and kayaking the beaches of Long Island with her husband, their two kids, and dog, Luna.
Marcello Allegra
Marcello joined Jason J. Kim Dental Aesthetics in 2012. He has over 13 years of dental sales experience and oversees all the sales and marketing aspects for the laboratory. His strong knowledge of our products and procedures make him a strong liaison between clinician and technician. His knowledge of the industry and new technologies is best utilized to help streamline and achieve desired results for our clinicians.
Calvin Mun
After graduating from the University of Toronto, Calvin studied with Jason Kim to become a dental technician. Calvin has studied with Master Willi Geller, Walter Gephardt and many of the other most renowned dental technicians throughout the world. Calvin is instrumental in providing continuing education to the technicians at JJKDA and was an instructor at New York University for “Mastering Aesthetics & Ceramics for the Advanced Dental Technician”. His 27years of experience is well utilized in communicating with our clinicians and patients to ensure the best possible results.
Andrew Sedler
Andrew Sedler is the Chief Operating Officer of Burbank Dental Lab and holds a degree in Bioethics from the American Jewish University in Los Angeles, CA. He consistently is at the forefront of the most advanced dental technologies including having researched and developed all things digital since 2005 for BDL including strategies regarding surgical guides, abutments, implant bars, and workflows that have been adopted and currently used the dental community. Fluent with all computer-automated design (CAD/CAM) software. At Burbank Dental Lab, Andrew Sedler has played a crucial role in integrating state-of-the-art technologies, such as 3D printing, CT scanning, milling, and full digital integrations which significantly enhance the lab’s production capabilities. His expertise and leadership have helped maintain the lab’s reputation for delivering high-quality dental restorations and pioneering innovations in dental technology.
Tony Sedler
Tony Sedler is the president and driving force at the helm of Burbank Dental Laboratory. “I want you to consider all of us here at Burbank to be part of your dental team. We are always available to you for any special needs that you may have, in order for you to better serve your patients. I encourage everyone at Burbank to maintain a “Do whatever it takes attitude.”
Frank Haeuser
President, Nu-Art Dental Laboratory LLC
Attended Bethany Lutheran College, University of Wisconsin Madison, and University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. He studied biology and art, graduating with a fine art degree with an emphasis on drawing and painting.
He took up an entry level position at Nu-Art in 2002. By combining his art and science background he gained the experience necessary to become the head ceramist at the laboratory and soon after led the crown and bridge team. He became a Certified Dental Technician in 2009. His focus was on the mimicry of nature, understanding occlusion, and cosmetic reconstructions.
In late 2012 Frank, together with Daniel Balmer, and DJ Zanon took ownership of the laboratory and carried on the legacy of the former owners. In 2019, Nu-Art entered a partnership with Frontier Dental Laboratories in a strategic move to leverage new growth opportunities. Frank continues to lead the laboratory together with Daniel Balmer.
In his free time, Frank enjoys spending time with his wife Sarah and their four children. They enjoy camping, hiking, fishing, kayaking, birding, gardening, and attending the kids’ sporting events.
George Diacoloukas
Meet the President, George Diacoloukas: George quickly developed a passion for the industry and a love for the lab, beginning his full-time career in 1991 and receiving his CDT National Certification in 1996.
Following his certification, he became an accomplished Denture, Crown and Bridge, Ceramic, Implant, and CAD/CAM technician, having held a management position in all departments and setting up the laboratory’s infrastructure.
George took over the family business in 2015 with a vision centered on growth and optimism about the future.
Conrad Rensburg
Conrad J Rensburg is CEO and President of Absolute Dental Services headquartered in the Triangle region of North Carolina.He graduated under full scholarship with a 4-year Baccalaureate degree from Pretoria Tech in 1992. He is certified with an ND in technology and specialized with an NHD in fixed prosthetics.
He is a member of the AO, ACP and prestigious PEERS association. He is registered with the NADL, NCDLA, ADIA and certified by the SADTC.He has specialized in fixed dental prosthetics with an emphasis on dental implants since the early 90’s. As a CE-accredited speaker since 2002, he has presented at hundreds of events across the USA. These include the American College of Prosthodontists, the PEERS prosthodontic association, the Academy of Osseointegration, Global and US symposiums, and a multitude of study club events.
Conrad’s emphasis as a speaker is in keeping today’s clinicians abreast with the latest advancements in restorative protocols and digital workflows related to removable as well as fixed prosthetics. His courses also cover guided surgery and latched conversion techniques, screw retained restorative options, digital denture workflows and hybrid implant retained solutions. As author of multiple published articles, his focus is on CAD implant design protocols, fixed hybrid implant techniques, digital removable dentistry, and modern-day digital communication.
Dries Vanaarde
Drew Van Aarde studied Dental Technology at Pretoria Tech in South Africa from 1989 to 1992. He earned a Baccalaureate Degree in Dental Technology and received an N.H.D in fixed prosthetics. He was the lead ceramist at ADW Laboratory from 1995 to 2000, when he relocated to the United States. He accepted a position as a senior ceramist at Absolute Dental Services. He has restored dental prosthetics, emphasizing digital dental protocols, and focused on large implant and complex oral rehabilitation cases for more than three decades.
Drew’s focus has been to lead the Absolute design team into the digital arena. As co-owner and head of Absolute’s digital design and diagnostic division, he oversees CAD training, diagnostic design, remote case review, and digital design. His expertise has been the driving force behind Absolute’s journey into this exciting and unchartered part of the dental industry.
As Quality Assurance Officer, Drew implements, maintains, and manages the company’s quality and esthetic standards.
As head of Absolute’s ceramic department, Drew’s vast experience with ceramic contouring brings a level of expertise to the Absolute team that is unrivaled in the industry.
Brian Lee
Brian graduated from Washington University in St. Louis and worked for three years at the Ralph Lauren Company. He returned to North Carolina, joined the Absolute Dental Services staff, and became a founding member of NavaGation as a Guided Surgery Specialist.
Matt Vrhovac
Matt has an impressive 25 year career in the dental lab community, including the completion of J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College’s Dental Tech Program. He has an extensive range of experience working in fixed / removable implant restorations, from single unit to full mouth rehabilitation.
Joe Marriner
President of D&S Dental Labs. He has been a dental technician for over 15 years. He started his career at a smaller, boutique focused, laboratory in the fixed model room. From there he quickly worked his way into the CAD/CAM area and implants. He became Manager of the fixed department and worked on bringing more product lines digital while maintaining their strong esthetic values.
Joe met a wonderful woman who led him to Wisconsin, and in turn, D&S. In his time with D&S he has helped further the Removable Department’s journey into digital dentistry with products such as splints, and printed dentures. On the fixed side he has leveraged AI and automated workflows to improve the consistency and quality of their fixed products. As the President of D&S, He is committed to providing their clinicians with great customer service, great support, and predictable restorations.
