About Griselda Castellanos

Griselda serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for Frontier Dental Laboratories. She has over 25 years in Human Resources. She has worked in all areas of HR to include talent management, succession planning, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, culture initiatives, worker’s compensation, union free workplace initiatives, safety management, benefits, and compliance.

She has previously worked at Interior Logic Group and Cintas Corporation and partnered with leadership to integrate a variety of businesses following several company acquisitions and the mergers. She is a dynamic, motivated HR and business operations leader possessing a broad range of leadership experience.

She also possesses operational, sales, and P & L leadership experience. She previously served as the General Manager for various Cintas business units. This experience provided her with a broad understanding of operations, and she utilizes this knowledge to effectively drive HR initiatives.

She has earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications Studies/Public Relations from California State University, Sacramento.
