About David J. Casper

David J. Casper, the new CEO of Denbright Dental Labs, is a seasoned global executive with over 30 years of experience in the Dental and Medical device industries. Renowned for driving revenue growth and innovation, David has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and executing transformative strategies.

Most recently, David served as Chief Executive Officer of DenMat Holdings (2017-2023), a private equity-held global business that includes a robust professional dental products portfolio as well as a world-class laboratory focused exclusively on cosmetic restorations. In 2021, David led a sales process to a successful exit for the sponsor. Previously, he served as President of the medical device divisions of Glidewell Laboratories, having worldwide responsibility for all functions of both companies.  Before his time at Glidewell, David ran the Dental Implant platform for Danaher Corporation’s dental division and has held executive leadership roles at companies such as General Electric and Nobel Biocare. Currently, David is the Board Chair for Vista Apex, a dental manufacturer (Behrman Capital), and sits on the board of Tua Financial, a healthcare financial technologies firm.

David currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife Stephanie.
