About Jeff Farrington  

Jeff Farrington is the Chief Financial Officer of Denbright Dental Labs, where he leads finance, accounting, planning and M&A to support the company’s continued growth. He brings more than 20 years of finance experience, including over a decade as Chief Financial Officer of private equity backed healthcare platforms. Jeff is known for his deep M&A experience across diligence, structuring and integration, and for working alongside operations teams to define the metrics that matter and the actions that move them.

Most recently, Jeff served as Chief Financial Officer of Smile Design Dentistry, a dental group backed by private equity. He joined in 2015, when the company had 17 locations and roughly $18 million in revenue, and helped grow it to 38 locations before leading it through a sponsor to sponsor sale in 2018. He went on to help scale the business to 60 locations and roughly $100 million in revenue through organic growth and over 40 acquisitions in total, culminating in a successful strategic sale to Heartland Dental in 2025.

Earlier in his career, Jeff held corporate accounting and SEC reporting roles at Cott Corporation and Walter Investment Management, after seven years in the Tampa audit practice of Grant Thornton, serving both public and private equity backed clients across a variety of industries. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida.

Jeff resides in St. Petersburg, Florida with his wife Katie and their three sons.
